Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our business, most items are perishable goods (plants, flowers, tubers, etc.) and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send us an email and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
